About Hancock county food pantry

The Hancock County Food Pantry is not part of any government or social organization and is totally dependent on generous and caring people for the pantry’s support. The number of families that need help such as we provide continues to grow daily. Because of poverty, old age, unemployment, disability, illness or sudden emergencies, countless citizens of Hancock County are in need of the food pantry. Single moms needing to feed their children are worried where their next meal will come from. Senior citizens are forced to choose between buying food or buying medicine. America is the land of plenty, but right here in Hancock County there are countless people who awakened today worried about finding their next meal. There is HOPE. The Hancock County Food Pantry is trying to supply the needs of these people. We rely so much on the ongoing support of the Food Pantry to keep up that tradition. With the support of the churches, citizens and businesses of Hancock County, TOGETHER we can make a difference.
